Dispatch Times
Most orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm are shipped out the same day, however we can not guarantee this.

Order tracking
All goods sent from Progress Health are sent by courier and are tracked. You will be provided with the tracking number when the goods are despatched via email. Unfortunately, sometimes emails may not be delivered or end up in spam/junk. If you have not received an order tracking reference, please check your spam email folder.

Cancelling your order
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that any order is cancelled as it may be processed immediately. Should you be unable to cancel your order. Please request a return (please see our Returns policy page for more information).

Lost or Missing Goods
If your goods have not arrived within 10 days of the delivery confirmation email, please contact us to let us know. We require a confirmation email regarding any lost items before we can refund or replace. Any claim for missing or damaged goods after delivery must be made within 48hrs of receipt of the package (determined by courier proof of delivery).

Damaged Goods
If your goods arrive damaged, please email us. We require a confirmation email and proof of damage before we can refund or replace. Please include in the email, at least one clear photo of the damaged item(s).
